well ive got a bit sick of my grey bumpers and ive decided im going to colour code them as soon as the weather improves. I have a question for those who have done this, what sort of undercoat did you use? I have seen a few EAs around with their bumper paint peeling off... not a good look. What undercoats/methods have people used and what works the best?

having colour coded various plastic parts on my EB i have found that using some sort of plastic primer is important to ensure the paint will stick around for a while!

the best i have used is the "powerplus" range of paints (never mind that it is promoted by peter brock..) in particular the clear plastic primer

that should do the trick for you, the only problem will be the insane price of a couple of litres of paint!

ill be using a compressor and spraygun, i just wondered if there was any particular primer or method that worked best.
