I bought a second hand cluster from an EA GL and pulled both clusters apart and then switched the two speedo sections of the clusters. Although some people say to jsut replace stripped cogs or some such thing, but I thought this would be easier.
hmmmm, I have a gl cluster in the garage (though the odometer on that is stuffed too) might pull it out and see if 2 dodgy odometers can make 1 good one.
on a more serious note car is going into the shop on wednesday for removal of a section of 2" pipe bottlenecking my 2.5" system.
I was quoted $75 for about 2 foot of 2.5" pipe welded on and a rear resonator added, which I thought was a very good price?
And in the next few weeks will be sourcing some thermofans which I believe are $180 from Ford?
And then a standard cam that I can get reground. Where is the best place to find just a singular cam?
