Hey everyone!
I am halfway through my multipoint conversion and i have a question about the power relay

there are two wires that are different in the power realy.
in the cfi wiring diagrams two wires are in opposite positions than those in the mutipoint diagrams. Is it ok to change the wiries around or will i require a new relay when i swap the wires around??

You need the Multipoint power relay for the ecu and yes swap the 2 wires over.

if you cant be bothered, dont do it. i did mine, but theres no ill effect if you dont; the ECU will just run for 5 seconds after you kill the engine.

Ditto what galapogos said.
While we're on the subject - you may find the wires inside the manifold loom/engine loom plug are in different positions though, always good to check It got me and Graham the first time we did a conversion.
