biggrin My new ride, manual EB and more...

At 9:13 last night I became the proud owner of my new ride, its a oct 91 EB fairmont GHIA it includes:
All the usual GHIA stuff and...
5spd manual
Extractors, Air Pod etc..
Complete EB GT body kit
EF XR8 wheels (Spare as well)
EB GT Steering Wheel (Momo)
Standard Recaro Seats
Momo shifter knob
Kenwood CD Tuner
Power Sunroof

What ya all think for $5600? Personally I was stoked to find a manual GHIA, which saved me 1k on converting a bloody auto!
Personally not a huge fan of the GT kit but i wont say no!

looks the treat!! first thing id do is get rid of the boot spoiler....never been a fan of them that high. maybe some different rims too as thye just dont seem to suit it. but none the less a good looking car!

EB you mean?
I have just moved to north QLD for work, so am flying to brissy (for $85 thank you very much!) Rod (the current owner) has offered to drive to Brissy airport and meet me there. (which was very nice as i was gonna train it to a stop close to his place to pick it up!)
So I'll have over 1200km to give it a squirt or 10 on the way home! Love those straight roads that lead to the horizon!
He is a really nice guy and really wanted to see the car go to a real Ford fan rather then a dumbass that wil use it to ship kids to and from school! Was more impressed when I informed him about the plans for the car :D
