Brent79 - I havent got much money, infact, i have next to nothing left now. So i have no immediate plans for performance increases. I will down the track, trouble is, im not very mechanically minded, so it terms of getting anything done, will all have to be done through a mechanic which means $$$. But i would like to get some stuff done soon. I was thinking, cuz, i dragged this VN the other day, and he whooped me, and thats standard engines on both cars. Is it true that Fords arent as good on the pickup, but they have more tourque?, like at top end? Anyways, any suggestions would be awesome. I hear you guys talking bout new cams, and tunneled heads etc etc. Means nothing to me, maybe when the time comes that i got some cash to spend, ill ask around, what about a powerchip? Is that a fairly cheap way to get a bit more performance?

Cheers,
Gavin Kennedy

Are you sure the VN was a standard V6? I would have thought your car would be more than a match for a stock VN. Hmm...

Id have to agree with Kenaz, You should be able to get ahead of a VN... On a 5spd like yers you should be able to kick his ass coz the only downside to a EB is the auto. VN has something like 127Kw compared to 139 with the ford.
