Question My xf ford falcon panel van doing it up

Hello I am josh. I have a 1988 ford falcon xf panel van 4.1 litre weber carby. I am looking at doing some work on it . 5 spd conversion, extractors maybe 350 Holley. It is a 3 speed manual and I want to put a 5 speed t5 box in it. I am having some difficulty finding a good box, I found one today from a 4 litre EB . I would like some expertise on whether the t5 off the eb would fit onto my 3 spd xf? And I bought a 3 speed heavy duty clutch but some people have said I will need to get a 5 speed clutch for the t5 gear box. Any help would be great thanks guys. Will upload some pics next time I'm with the car
