I totally own this car, paid cash. What I am wondering, and the main problem, is that I am only 18 years old. What sort of trade in would I get for my car? Would I get more money selling it privately?
I would expect ~12000 for my car, which means I would need a loan for ~30,000 - 35,000. What would the weekly repayments be on such a loan?
Well I would assume you would get more from a private sale. I would say around 10k for a trade in even less. You will need to find out the interest rate you would be on (loan, hire purchase, etc). With my finance it worked out better to pay monthly. I would first check if u can get insurance first!!

Ok then i seen anohter one, looks pretty much identical to yours, sorry to interupt your Question.
I reckon it would cost you about 700 bucks a month for an XR6 turbo depending on the rate and balloon at the end of the period. You can also finance it over 48 months (4 years) or 60 months (5 years). It just depends on which way is better for you, Some people do it over 48 months so they can upgrade sooner with out loosing as much cash when it comes to change-over.
well my repayments are 995.96 a month on a 4.5 year lease hire purchase, i think the interest is 7.5% my car was nearly fully optioned total on road cost of 56grand. my balloon works out at aroun 13600. im 27 and the insurance is 880 i live in newcastle and have a bad history for speeding. lost my licence twice. but i was innocent i swear! actually i lost my licence once and went on a probationary once.
Ford dealers a know for crappy prices on trade, we had a 1966 mustang and took it to a ford dealer for trade on an explorer, and they were only gona give us 16,000 for it. We took it to the Holden dealership and they gave us 23,000 for it, weird I know. ended up buying a toyota.
