Motor magazine says that the new long wheel base Fords will come out in march next year. Does anyone actually know anything about these cars? What they will look like and what engines they will have etc.?

i beleive there was some spyshots that we had a link to (an article on a websitE) somewhere.

I dont know the link, but from the pictures, the car isnt that much different form the original shape. Much like the days of the EF/EL series Falcons and Fairlanes.

I hear the standard fairlane is canned (only Ghia)possibly the turbo appearing as a option.
Obviously with new engines etc.. Possibly new unique dashes..

Imagine how good these cars will be. With all of the short wheelbase cars being a huge step in luxury, then just imagine the range topping long wheelbase cars. These cars I think could quite possibly feature sat nav and some sort of entertainment system, like DVD, as standard, I mean what else would you do when the lesser models already have six stacker in dash CD players and stuff, all displayed through a little screen.
