I wish I could sell things that won't be built for 10 years.
Finally someone picked it (trying not to look like a fool ), I did mean 1998, in 1988 they still owned an '84 XE wagon Eclipse (Ice blue on white) until some low life stole it in 1991 on Melbourne cup eve and I found them a XF F'mont wagon (1987 series III or final update). When they ordered the EL wagon they optioned the Tickford LPG (triple scuba tanks) which delayed its build and so it fell into ELII model build. And when I went to pick it up it came installed with a single LPG tank and half size petrol tank which made me blow my top as it obvioulsy was not an LPG factory fitted system and now carried a low fitting tank that scrapes the drive if you are too excited..the dealer reply was well at least the bigger volume of the single tank will be faster to fill...
