biggrin New photos of my Fairmont

I just took some more photos of my EB so I thought I'd share them with you all. I got her back yesteday after having a fair bit of work done. I had both sills replaced; door handles painted; mirrors resprayed; mouldings painted; guards rolled; side skirts fitted and painted; front bumper resprayed; top of rear bumper painted, as well as a couple of other minor things.

I am ecstactic! I couldn't have asked for it to look any better! I've included a photo of how she looked before I bought her. I'm also going to get twin 2.5" chrome tips for my exhaust this week.

When I eventually get a digital camera, I'll take some decent quality photos, but until then, my phone will have to do.

Re: New photos of my Fairmont

Thankfully I've got a mate who's a panel beater by trade, so he did the job for me at his house. All up, he charged $1000, plus I paid a spoiler shop another $230 for the supply and delivery of the side skirts.

Re: New photos of my Fairmont

Thanks guys!
XRated: yes that is a blue stripe around the car. My old EA was just plain white, and it looked like it was lacking something. So I just got my mate to put some blue tape around the mouldings and bumpers, the same style as the red that is on s-pac's etc. I suppose it's not everyone's cup of tea, but I like it. It's really easy to remove if I ever decide to take it off.
AUII_Forte: I'm not too sure about 1/4 times, but I have a feeling it's in the mid-14's. I beat a VY SS Ute the other week from the lights quite comfortably. Mind you it was in the wet. Hopefully I'll be getting somewhere in the 13's in a couple of months time, after I've had a new ECU installed, and possible a high-stall etc. I work too much, so getting a chance to take it on the 1/4 is quite hard, but once it's got the new ECU and been tuned, I'll make sure I go for a run.
