Wife just came home with new company car.. YAY

BA XR6 in white. Auto with only option being window tint.

Now we have two... my BA XR6 in Manual, and hers in Auto.

Mine a October 2002 build, hers a July 2004 Build.

What a difference, feels like two different cars. Auto has nothing on the manual.

Two XR's, nice one!
Why do you prefer the manual so much, dk? My girlfriend has the auto too, and it actually feels like a breath of fresh air when I drive it.
But then again, I enjoy my manual that much more when I get back into it!
Did you find your box a bit sticky when new? Has it loosened up any?

TJS-81 - Yeah the manual will loosen up a little as you rack up the k's, mine's up to 44,000. Wife's was delivered on Wednesday with 11km's, now has about 350...:) (in two days)

Auto is good for cruising around, but the manual just feels like it has more grunt. 1st gear really hauls the car better than the auto..and manual is just more fun...
