Hey guys, did an oil change, fresh 20w/50 has gone in and things still dont seem right. I have a feeling the oil pump is gone (well going) but i just wanted to check the oil pressure readings against what the factory manual says. The car is an EL fairmont (6 cylinder of course), i wanted to know does anyone have a manual handy so they can tell me what the oil pressure should be?

Im after two figures to reference against;
Minimum oil pressure at idle
Minimum oil pressure while running (usually they might say something like 50psi @4000rpm or something like that).

I just want to confirm my feeling, the thing iam most worried about is that the oil pressure doesnt seem to want to increase with engine rpm, it just stays fairly still (only increasing a few psi above idle pressure). It isnt the best thing when you drive up and down mountain ranges daily.
