Followed up on the Blueprint problem everyone is having at the moment with my local dealer Jarvis Ford here in Adelaide.
Good news that the Blueprint colour is not discontinued.
Dealer said "Blueprint it such a popular colour that Ford don't want to get rid of it. Even thinking of doing a Territory in that colour. But the have changed a few other colours. Blood Orange to Mangirine".
So the XR8 is still going to be ordered in Blueprint.

I was thinking for ages if I should get those seats or not. But in the end I made the right choice as they are so nice to sit in and you don't move to much at all. Best part of the car.
When I was looking around for what the XR Luxury pack was like and I couldn't find it anyware. But when I was at the Adelaide Car Show I saw it in a XR6 Turbo and that was when my decision was made to get the Pack.
Really awesome car, and love the interior. Maybe you should consider getting the momo gear knob, that looks great on the manuals. Did u by any chance get the premium brakes with it?
Didn't get the premium brakes package as I though it was to expensive. I did look around and it is cheaper to buy the premium Discs and Calipers for the XR. When the current breaks on the car start to go out and need replacing I will be going for the bigger brakes.
i got the sports leather in my ute aswell, an i reckon it's a bit soft. Could do with a bit more firmer bolster in the side's were ya leg sits against, other than that it's very comfy to sit in.
Very nice looking ride
The blueprint is good but is coming common, so therefore should stay as xr/fpv vehicles only! I like the choice of manual and the 18's...
Interior looks really nice too, congrats on ur purchase
