I think it would have issues driving in the dry with a setup like that.
I doubt It would be drivin in the rain unless that have a fat assed engine cover.
Totally illegal anyway no engine parts can protrute through the bonnet.
Unless of course they are Tuff.
So maybe that is excempt.

I have seen this car a few times, It used to live around the local area. Last time I saw it, the blower was hanging out without all the other stuff. It is a blown 351C EB Falcon and has been at summernats a few times.
It is registered in NSW as well.
The car runs on LPG only, this means it meets NSW emmision laws.
