Well...thats it..I'm never buying another ford. I own both Eb and Ef wagons and extremely disappointed with the fuel economy. Around town I'm flat getting 390 klm for my 70 litre EB and very similar with the EF. However the EF on a trip is very good. Can get back up to 600 klm for the 70 litres (towing a full trailer). If I was a travelling salesman I would not be complaining but as I drive 98% of my time around town, I'm not feeding the fuel companies any more. Bye Bye Ford forever.

390km from a tank is pretty pooey. U sure there isn't anything wrong with the car? Maybe it needs a tune up. The sixes are much more economical than that, 390km from a tank is what I'd get if I did 100% town driving in my V8 & booted it everywhere.

Don't desert the Fords! Maybe go for a Laser?

your car is abviously running rich go get it checked out, dont dessert the car because a little problem, you are going to waste alot of money if your going to sell a car everytime you get a little problem

I get at least 460 out of a tank in mine and its far from standard.
