I have a dealer who has offered me an 2001 AUII silver XR8 with 220kw engine, rebel body kit(maybe), Leather interior, sunroof and 60,000 odd kms on the clock.
His price is $28900, anyone's thoughts on the price.
It sounds alright, but I'm not sure cause its an AUII.
Just make sure its built after May 2001, if so then ur positive its a 220. Some dealers get 200s and try and sell them as 220's! There is really no visual way of determining from the outside other then the 220 badge and colour coded mirrors / skirts.
There was a blueprint 2002 AUIII XR8, T5, FTR body kit, sunroof, leather, MOMO Gear & Wheel, 18" T1 TS50 rims going for $32990 with similar k's at one of the dealers in Sydney, if that's anything to go by.
No but on its descriptive merits that is a decent price for that XR8 provided that it is a 220kw.

It was at Peter Warren Warwick Farm - I recognised the background from the pics of it when it was listed on carsales. It's no longer listed there, so I presume sold.
