Has anyone personally noticed any fit and finish problems with the interior on the BA i have read in a few articals that the interior quality is far from acceptable, which i find a bit of a worry because i have a BA arriving shortly.I haven't seen any glitches so far but here is something i found in a NRMA reveiw.

Build and finish quality.
Fit and finish still has some way to go to reach acceptable standards. While the body is solid, the BA interiors have too many gaps, poorly aligned edges and ill fitting bits and pieces. This will need to improve as production gets into full swing.
Remember the press cars were field evaluation units. Look at a retail car and make up your own mind....

Every production BA i have been in has had no such drama. Everything was where it aught to be, nothing was poorly fitted and everything worked perfectly.
As AP said, the reports so far have been from motoring journo's who were given FEU's to perform their evaluations on, which may have not been as good a quality

All I've heard is praise for the Falcon's interior. All the articles I read were commenting on the well presented interior, which was of very good quality. Ford have always been known for their quality.
I haven't noticed any problems with the BAs I've looked at, but my friend tells me he has read reviews criticising the interior build quality. Even if that were the case, it wouldn't bother me in the slightest - even if people can nit-pick little flaws in the BA, doesn't stop it from being an excellent all-round package for the money.

Well if the interior components aren't aligned then demand your dealer to align it. Usually the service department of your dealer will normally give the car a final inspection. This is part of what you pay for with your dealer delivery costs. Goodluck and if you're not happy with what you pay for demand it to be rectified. Its your hard earned money.
