Rear Vision Mirror?

Hey guys just a quick question, HOW THE HECK TO YOU KEEP THE REAR VIEW MIRROR STUCK THE WINDSHIELD?! ive tried superglue and one of those 3M tape stuff that can "apparently hold upto 1kg" but it only held for 3hrs. Ive gotta put it back up before i drive home from work cause i dont want the cops to look my way.

Re: Rear Vision Mirror?

Go to repco or supercrap and get some of the special glue for it. Its like an epoxy, it wont fall down again.
Superglue is hopeless and degrades too quick.

Its been a fair while since I got it so I wont say for certain that its under $10.
For some reason I'm thinking $8 from Supercheap but I cant be certain.

Re: Rear Vision Mirror?

Yeh, had the same problem not long ago. And it'll be under $10 for sure :) $6.95 from autobarn had me sorted, and it's yet to fall off (even when i had the 12" sub inside the cabin for a few weeks). It'll say it's specifically for windscreens on the front of the packet, you can't miss it.
