Removing headlights

Hi, i was wondering how do you actually remove the whole headlight? the pin that holds the highbeam globe has fallen into the acutal headlight unit and i can't seem to reach it

Have you tried using a flexible magnet? Other than that you need to say which model you're actually talking about...
