Hello Ladies

Yes, I have been off the forums for a couple of weeks due to some financial difficulties (namely a certain EL monty)

My updates this week included install of my stereo (ok, some of it) I'll list details when its done (am not happy thus far with the bass)

removed mudflaps (thank god)

Booked the car in on Friday to have my Pacemakers (old series) and new cat Lukey exhaust etc fitted (WOOT)

But what I want is some photos of exhaust tips! I had a standard 3 inch oval thing on the EA, but im wanting something different

I think i have so far seen two I like, namely the dump type like on SPHELL's but lately I have seen a dual outlet on some cars here.....and thats swish too.

Just an update on my little mod list as well, in the coming month or two I'll be finishing the stereo, doing some routine maintenance (bushes, service etc) then I'll go the 3.45 LSD, maybe a slightly lower set of springs, and Full leather interior.......then its off for a bit of a paint clean up....then I'll look into the T5, AU HP head, cam etc......

I have the standard SS oval tip.. Personally, IMO, dual tips belong on cars that actually need them..

can't go past those 2, personally i've got a stock lookin' tip on a stock lookin' exhaust

i dont think a dump pipe suits the EF/EL bumper. definately look horn on EA-ED.

i hate dual exits on 6cyl cars, they annoy me..

twin 2" pipes look horn out the back. Either that or a nice 3/4" oval tip that is squashed flatish to fill the cutout.

Id definately go for something like what XR6Child's got - i really like the look of it.

Matter of fact, when i get round to cutting the one i have now off, i'll put one on.

Yagz, a car doesn't need twin tips, it depends on the internal design of the muffler.

Provide it's easy to weld up to the rear section of the exhaust when I get it, I'll be getting twin tips, just because they look nuts as.
