morning all....

its 3:11 in the mornin and i just finshed work, im fukd but still have time to check out wats happnin in the forums. just thought id post a thread bout wat i got planned for my EA. in a few weeks im hoping to pull me car of the road and give it a new colour. i scored sum 'pearl' like metallic black paint of me mate and during a convo with some friends decided its gonna happin :D

its all ready pretty phat lookin with polished turbo blades and dumped to her arse with all round superlows but this will seal the deal i rekon (hope to get sum el gt rims in silver soon)!!

well fellas hope i didnt bore ya and hopefully all goes well. shouldnt cost much seeings though we got most of they stuff anyways. not like i can afford much atm with rego and insurance almost due plus a speeding fine and possibly a blown head... things get better and better hahaha but thats life aint it!

As for Black EA's - are you sure there weren't any factory ones? A mate of mine had a jet black EAII S a few years ago - it was a very nice looking car.

hmm yeh i cant say i seen many other black EA's round my area.. atm its metallic green/mint colour (not sure its name) but yeh it does have its fair share of fading and scratches from previous owner(s).

hopefully it come up real schmick and without any problems hahah im hoping to save up some dough to get a set of el gt rims in silver! it will look sic as i rekon.. ill be postin pics up for sure just gotta wait till me holidays now

p.s has anyone seen el gt rims in chrome??? i think i have but cant member where..

I've seen the EL GT's in silver.. not chrome (that i can remember)
imo silver would look better then chrome!

ive seen a couple factory black ea's in Series 1 and 2. not many were made, i've heard they were only for directors of fords but to how true that was is beyond me.

hmm well you don't see many around (i personally havent seen any, but anyway) so theres a fair chance that for ford employees/senior execs etc exlusively could be the case...
