Ok its being a long time since I was posting in the E Series forum so sorry for any stupid questions I might ask because of my lack of knowledge.
So im looking at buying the BA SR model falcon (it will be my first new car purchase). Haven’t driven it yet but checked it out at the dealer "Wignall in Mornington" and loved the look of it, reckon it’s a good price too? Only thing I want is too get the Windows Tinted.
Few things I wanted too know from recent new car buyers in the Melbourne area, how have you gone with paying the Dealer/Gov/Reg Fees, my brother brought a new Mazda and the dealer was more then happy to pay those fees for him. Is this common practice to get a sale?
Is their a gas conversion kit for the Ba, say if you wanted Duel Fuel, not keen on stand alone gas?
And I have a rather good amp and head unit in my current car that would eat any premium audio option I could get the factory to install, who has had experience install head units into Ba. Looks hard???
Anyways if anyone has any input on buying a new BA Falcon then I would love to hear it.
Thanks all

You can't get dual fuel on BA's as they void the warranty... If you want GAS you are better going dedicated as it is more powerful then duel fuel (still more powerful then petrol vy commy!!) and the car is slightly lighter and you have more boot space then with a duel fuel car.
You'll also have to work around the existing stereo as it's integrated into the cars BEM, but this can be done quite easily nowadays, check the In Car Entertainment section for more info.
Oh yeah, make sure it's as low as the one in the ad on tv!

As for the price, I paid less than the RRP for the SR falcon.
I got them to pay all on roads including stamp duty etc.
They even threw in tinted windows and a towbar.
You should be able to knock at least 6k off any price that includes on roads.
