Steering wheel restoration

Hi all

Just out of interest, are there any places that restore the XC GS steering wheels?

There are a few places that restore steeringwheel's here in Vic but I don't know about SA, try the SA GT club they should know.

yeah might do. Mines immaculate at the moment :) but i'm worried that once i put it on the car it will turn to shite within a few months...thought i'd plan ahead

Just got a quote off GT Ford Performance www.fomoco.com.au for my xa gs steering wheel and they charge $220 for the full reco. The xc may be a little different though.

The XC is soft-feel. It would go pretty quick if left out in the sun. Make sure you put a cover on it if you leave it parked outside.

give "The Dashboard Doctor" a try, they are in Sydney road Coburg

they have done some great work in the past

Their still around, I had my dash repaired by them back in '87.
