I just pulled up at the local BP today for fuel when just infront of me was a very nice looking EL GT (I think the model was EL).

Anyway from what I could see with another car between us was a different looking badge - it was the number 340 in a cursive kinda print. Then as it pulled away I saw the number plate

"340KW"

Damn I wish I could have seen it closer up...

If its the EL GT ur talking about having the 340kW badge, the EL GT is only 200kW, or 198kw to be exact i think, pretty much the same motor out of the ED xr8 sprint, and EB GT.

Oh ok i read ur post better now, sorry. I most likely was 340kw, if i had a EL GT i would work the balls of it too.

Most likely supercharged. Herrod motorsport get about 340kw's out of their packages, which include supercharges, sounds like an animal! Damn those EL GT's are sexy lokking cars, shame it was such a let down to ford, it claimed to do 200kw's when in fact it did much less, can't remember how much exactly.

My mates brother is supercharging his EL SVO, other than the GT, this has to be one of the best looking aussie fords ever built. Can't wait till it's on the road.
