Re: Are these prices reasonable?

A wing with no kit? I'd leave the wing off unless you are going to do everything. Do you have a pic of the wing in question?

I disagree. I think you can get away with certain rear wings if you don't have the rest of the kit.

Otherwise sticking to the lowering, tint and wheels would def be a good start. All three of those rims look good. Here's a link for those that can't see them. The adrenalin get my vote but I do like 5 spoke designs better.

As long as they're not chrome I'm good. Shiny just means more cleaning to do...

Re: Are these prices reasonable?

Im in the same sort of boat as you iv looked into wheels the other day they told me:
18" Roh Adrenalins in shadow chorme with tyres best they could do $3500.
18" Roh Fury in silver for $1700 with tyres as they where having a sepcial on these.

I was looking at the T3 Kit for $1600 from awcinfo around $200 to freight and then another 1k to paint.

Re: Are these prices reasonable?

This might seem crazy but 3300 doesn't sound that bad if it is fully painted and fitted.

Have you looked at other rims? If you have the cash then of course splurge out, but there are heaps of good rims around that are no where near 3000 for a set.

Re: Are these prices reasonable?

after all the decision making I thought I was doing the right thing.. then I call my insurance company to enquire about the affects the wheels would have on my policy.

If I move to 17" wheels I'm ok and if I move to 18" wheels they will not cover me..
I thought this was a simply process of buy fit and drive away happy.. now it seems to b a total disaster of a decision..

damn CGU damn them good and proper.. but I suppose they still offord the cheapest quote..

cheers

Re: Are these prices reasonable?

17" wheels will not suit a c2r kit they will look way to small.
