i have had some 2nd thoughs about my auto when cold i drive very lightly like to 1500 each gear and when i hit 2nd its kool then i hit 3rd and between 2nd and 3rd it seems to hit N and rev i told ford about this the said no error codes ok i said fine then i told them to take it for a test drive because they heald it over night waiting for the new rear seats and they took it for a test drive when it was cold and they said they felt nothing
so i am wondering if this has happed to any one else or are they just playing me on
and also if i get this problem looked at by someone else would this affect my Warranty

I have this problem too. The auto slurs from 2-3 when cold, sometimes even when at normal operating temparature. I had a new auto valve body put in and it improved the problem, but still very noticeable.

I also get a whack when the auto downshifts from 4th or 3rd to 2nd.

Good luck, but bear in mind they will fob you off until you really get agro.
