Hi there falcons drivers...

I drive a 2003 BA XT Sports with the standard 17 x 7.5 inch wheels(Le Mans LM-702 225/50/17).
Does any one know a better performing sports tyre than these ?

Does the Dunlop SP9000 (235/45/47) tyres on the XR6 fit on the XTs
17 x 7.5 rims?

Also how much approx. for 1 new alloy XT rim (17x 7.5) - Damaged in pothole!

If your rim was damaged by the pot hole take a pic of it and take to council and they will pay for repair

there is alot of better tyres out there than the Lemans.
You could quite easily get away with running with any 235/45/17 performance tyre getting around.

Guys and girls can anyone tell me what the minimum rim size I need for 265/35's. (XR8 MII) I understand I cannot use the standard 18 x 8 Ford rims.

Do I need to go to 18 x 9.5 as someone is telling me??

on a 8" rim you mite sqeeez a 265 on it, but i would prb recomend putting it on a 9"rim
there are places that can widen rim. so that mite be an option

yeh it should i used to fit 235 on a 7" rim

I have 17x7.5" rims and I run 235/45 tyres.
