Gday all.

i currently drive an auto 98 xh ute with an au head, pacemakers, crow stage 2, exhaust, leads filter 3.7 diff lsd etc etc 135000km.

i have a shortage of cash and was thinking of buying a stock 97 el fairmont with 85000 km for $10000 and hoping to get maybe 13000 for the ute so i will have 3000 to spend on the fairmont.

am i being stupid??? or would the fairmont be a better car???

Well it seems that you want a sedan as opposed to a ute, so sounds like a good idea.
