i finally found out how to use the gallery so i posted some pics for you guys to see well basicly this is my 1988 ea falcon spac it is a 3.9 cfi once i got it it was a standad spac - only factory equipment - in the past 4 months ive put on gold pin stripping, painted my garnish black and red to look like the fairmont ghia one ,stuck in a new boss stereo (BA1500) which only cost 200 and some speakers in boxes for the rear parcel shelf then i put in a rhino alarm system with imobilser then i put in a trip computer from a na fairlane and put in a masse battery because my old one wouldnt charge any more (omly cost $50 from k-mart) then finally last week i finished fibre glassing my boot after rust had eaten through it any way i just thought you guys would want to know what car i own and some info on it so here it is

the first mods people will say are the MPFI conversion and manual conversion.

also cant go past lowering and suspension (and even camber kit) if you want significantly better handling and less 'ea body roll'

Comparing piccys of our cars their exactly the same, but your pic has made me realise mine has already been lowered :) & mine has 12 slotters.

Paint looks nice - wish my paint looked that good condition wise...

What mods to do depends on what u want to achieve..

If just going for a car that a bit of street presence, makes a head or two turn, then lower it, put on a cat back exhaust, stuff like that.

But if you want all out performance then go the manual and mpfi conversions, cams, etc and all that stuff..

Personally dude since you ain't that old and probably pretty inexperienced driving wise then concentrate on stuff that will keep you right way up on the black stuff - suspension, brakes, steering, tyres...

Obviously the first point of order would be a MPFI/T5 conversion. However if you are not interested in doing those I would suggest the usual lower, tint, clear indicators

but a few smaller things you can do which when added together make an overall improvement are things like

EB T-Bar handle - MUCH better lookin than the EA
Footwell Lighting - looks classy at night
Change Dash Lights to Red - only colour that works
Colour code the door handles ( mirrors too if u like )

yeah im ordering the stickers and the number plate surrounds i will try to do those mods i was just wondering how much that MPFI/T5 conversion would cost im only 15 im turning 16 in 2 months so thats when i will start to drive it so i still have plenty of time to work on it i recon ill start to modit up performance wise first then go for looks

my paint looked pretty crap but i got these people to come to my hause and they fixed up all the chips and scratches using some wax they claim will last 1000 car washes and they garrantee it or i get my money back then i went over it with turrle wax colour cure and it ended up realy good
