Erm, CFi or MPFi? Stuffs me with the CFI, but my MPFi Falcon got about 500 odd kays off the last tank. Do a search, this topic has been covered plenty of time before!
If it's in mint condition and you drive in a standard fashion you should get about 450-500km out of the 68l tank. I personally get 350km out of a tank no matter how I drive!
yeap i filled up on optimax....and ive got 320! Gas is better than that. Although ive been alternating between my car and the gfs barina..I seem to enjoy driving my car alot more..lol

after getting some sensors fixed (the thing was running rich), my `89 CFI EA auto gets almost exactly 500km out of a tank of BP Ultimate. That's with a combo of peak hour slowness and freeway driving to/from work. I could probably get better if I got up a bit earlier and wasn't rushing to get to work every day
As perkz said, the sensors tend to cause very high fuel consumption when they stop working.. My oxy sensor was gone and I got ~200km / tank of petrol for a while.. I basically just ran straight gas for months
