Been around here alot lately, basically cuz my car is falling apart, well not really, but too many problems for my liking!

Neway, instead of asking how much people earn, and how much they spend on their cars, I wanted to know, out of curiosity, what percentage of your income do u spend on your beloved EA? Not including petrol..

My g/f cracks the shits because I'm always out buying shit for the car, or getting really excited when I see a autobarn pamphlet in the letterbox, just as a prison inmate would to a brand new porno..

BTW, i'd say for me prolly, let me see.... around a quarter of my pay goes into the money machine..

i dont have an EA, but i spend around 90% on my car.

I would really love to spend everything i'm earning on the car, but it isn't possible..especially when you have mobile bills and petrol like you say.

I would spend at the moment only around a quater to a third much to my dissapointment...

For me it varies quite a bit. Sometimes I have gone months without spending a cent except for petrol. I don't have an allowance for the car. It's as simple as me saying "gee I want that for my car" and if the money is there I just buy it. Then I worry about stuff like mobile bills later.

My car is nothing special, so maybe I should spend a little bit more on it...

I'm a bit like Kenaz, if there is something I want, I buy it, if I can that is. But there was a time when every week I would spend at least 50 to 100% of my pay on it. Funny though, the LTD is still nothing special?! It's got a decent system, decent lighting and that's about it. I don't know what else there is, I guess its mostly small items that nobody really notices. Ahh well...

unfortunately, lately i've been spending about 80% on the EA.

that's on wear and tear items tho. any remaining money goes to fuel.

normally, i spend basically nothing on the car other than fuel. work is being a prick to me giving me no hours, and i've had uni expenses popping up too.

I'd say atm i woud spend80% on the car and the other 20% on fuel... one day it will b a sweet ride, but not for a ****in long time.
