at present i would say the typhoon would be. i know you said excluding XR6 but technically its not. other than that it would probably have to be the 182kw in the lower spec BAs. thats about the most powerful that i can think of thats been released.

What about thew Tickford range. They are not xr's. Didn't the T3 do 13.5 seconds for 1/4 mile stock??
