Can some please, please help me, I am after an article on the XF falcon, preferably an EFI model, but any article will do, an article from wheels or some other magazine when they first came out.
Can someone please help me out? Or know where I can read it, scan it in?
Yes I have a few Wheels magazines from that era. I will have alook when I get home. I know I a road test between an XF a VL and a Magna and Camry or somthing like that. And I have article on XF turbo.
That would awesome xcgxl!!! Those articles would really be interesting, are you able to scan them? Or will you sell the magazines?? (I know probably not, because you can't get them anymore) I am really interested in ready the comparisons for the cars of the time, and to see what they think when they were brand new. It really would help out heaps man, and I really thank you for you help! :-))

It will take awhile (after Fathers day) as I used to collect every Wheels or Motor from the release of the XD until about 4 yeaas ago. If I find the copy i'll photocopy the pages and PM you to get a postal address.
O/T. My favourite read when on a nostalga trip is the XE Ghia ESP 4.1 m4 vs an optioned VH SL/X m5....it finished by saying.."and that's the crux of this test, what the Commodore does, it does well, what the Falcon does well, it does better then the Commodore". (not exact quote)

my best comment from a magazine article is when they said in one how an Brock HDT car is compared to ESP Falcons, despite the Brock being a single car and the ESP a mass production car, thats how highly respected the ESP is.
