Put a bonnet protector on my BA XR6. When it closes down shiut it is a tight fit on the upper grill. I believe it will not tka elong to rub the paintwork of the plastic above the grill. WHat I was thinking was to run a strip of clear sticky plastic all the way along where the bottom of the bonnett protector hits the plastic above the grill. ANy idea where I could get this clear plastic?
Maybe I coud stick it to the bottom of the bonnet protector so nothing is stuck to the paintwork?
Anyone got any ideas? Other suggestions?
Autobarn sell a clear plastic that is marketed as a bonnet protector. Buy some of that and put it under the bonnet protector if you are worried about it.
