Windscreen Washer BA

I find that the Windsreen Washers on my XT BA are pathetic and the spray jet barely reaches the bottom of the screen. The Handbook confirms that there is no adjustment.
I have to conclude that the pump is weak. Has anyone had similar experiences?( I have had the car for about 6 weeks but I have never tried to use washer before)

I dare say something is wrong or its blocked!

Take it to the dealer and let them sort it out, mine work like a dream and cover at least 90% of the windscreen!

Mine only cover the lower half of the windscreen. One winge I will have though is I will never know how much fluid is left in that damn bottle since it's hidden now

It tends to work better at speed as the wind makes it cover more. The water reservoir for the wipers in the XR8/GT engine bays are quite small too...there's stuff all room to fit it!

Mine work great with spray (as laminge stated) covering most of the screen and hence it is well covered with water before the wipers pass which is better when you have dry soil over the screen eg. like overnight dust after rain/dew has dried .
