Hi Guys

Am on my 3rd XB rebuild and have picked up an original GS Rally Pack in need of total restoration. Am planning to restore it to original, swapping the 250 six for a 302.
The car however has one anomally. Instead of the GS stripes, it has the black rubber and chrome moulding along the side which is the same as on the Fairmonts. Can anybody comfirm wheather this was an option for the 75 XBGS. It looks original as it is actually bolted and pinned through the panels (not just stuck on Supercheap style), with original colour nuts on the back.
I need to know wheather to reappy them or to try and get my hands on the GS decals. I want this car to be as it was whenit left the factory. (Apart from the engine swap).

All I can say is get the Vin number and get it checked out at your local ford stealership that should tell you what it is or isn't . cheers ken
