Hi

i can get my hands on a XF fairmont ghia. it has been converted over to EFI and has a new 3 spd auto in it. It has extractors and exuast system and the ineterior is perfect. What parts can be put into my EA. ? will the exuast fit? chairs? transmission? extartorS? any information will be helpfull.

extractors wont fit.
I think you can put the front EA seats into an XF so the other way should be possible. Door trims will be different, Not sure what else would go. The trans swap may be possible.

I reckon the rear view mirrors should be fine, but u may need to alter the base

the rear view mirrors wouldnt go. the actual mirror is the same but the mounting panel area is way different.

dude seriously, fix the XF up.... reshell it if you have to... then sell it $$$$
with the money you get from this buy a smashed EB ghia or something put all those things into the EA not XF stuff.

put the 4 litre/4 speed in.... basically reshell the EB Ghia with ya EA shell.

Oh for christs sake everything in the base EA is probably better than that of an XF Ghia!!! The idea of evolution is to go forwards, not back...
