I've had my EB XR6 since 2000, it's auto and it beats mjy mates skyline which is manual, but, can anyone tell me if it's worth putting in a manual. Is there much of a power difference between auto and manual?
yeah older autos aren't very good at keeping the power flowing. Im not sure how new (as in 2004 made not reco'd) go, I would hope the power loss is lessened after 20 odd years.

I own a ED XR6 5 Speed Manual and my parents own a EF XR6 Auto... the manual makes a huge difference... take off, responsiveness and accelration it just out performs the auto no probs... on a marked out track from a standing start my parents ef makes 140... my falc made 150 and a gtp on the otherhand made about 165-70
Once u go manual u never look back... :s6:
