Hi all

After running in my BA XR6 n/a, at about 1,000 clicks, i've noticed that the engine sounds different, but it's a good thing - puts a smile on my dial, anyone else noticed anything like this before ?

Yeah i've got a BA XR6 ute manual 5000k's and i noticed about a week ago it had a different note to it, ie: BETTER.
I was planning to get a aftermarket cat-back exhaust system but i have been told by a few people a XR6T system is the way to go, also no warranty issues as well

How much is the XR6T exhaust system ? were you quoted a price from a Ford Dealer for it to be supplied and fitted ? i'm looking at doing something similar, without voiding the warranty...

xrt exhaust system is very good flowing, low restrictions.....i heard that there are even some ba xr8 out there that accidentally had the xrt exhaust fitted from factory and that they also sound different and perform slightly better with the xrt rather than the xr8 exhaust.

sounds like the xr6t is the go... soooooo, how much is this gonna cost me
