Is traction control now available as an option on the xr6 non turbo?

Im fairly sure that it is standard but an LSD isnt.

It's an option for either (not both) LSD or Traction Control.
Traction Control wasn't available on XR6na's until recently.
Ford pricing page shows it.

Why is it you can only have 1 or the other?
I have LSD but can't have Traction Control. The dealer couldn't tell me when i ordered the car.
