the volvo T5 is no match for the xr6t...so the war is between T5 and xr6 without turbo.

whozz car's interiror is better? i guess in this case...T5 does.
but in performance and handling category, xr6 takes the cake...wat do u think?

To prove the Ford is better! (although they're both Ford subsidiaries)

I was going to have a race with a T5 Volvo. Couldn't get the other guy to show up. Are u in a similar situation? Got a mate whose a Volvo fan?

the point here is dat both cars are equally good at handing and performance
Volvo T5 does 0-100 kmph in 7.1 secs and the xr clocks 7.7 (my car that is). now bcoz they r so close at speeds, the win depends on the driver and traffic conditions.
i have got to race the t5 on sunday so that the point of comparing the cars.
do u have to prove any point y the cars r not worth comparing??

Why would you compare one car that costs twice as much as the other? Really, who cares? Does the XR beat it's closest Holden rival - Yes. And that's all that matters (IMO).

Keep the 'racing' for the track where it means something dumbo.
Anyone who thinks they can 'race' on the road needs to have their licence and vehicle removed before they kill someone.

.6 of a second isnt close! You've answered your own question - 0-100kph under controlled conditions with professional drivers.

I dont want a flame war, but could you type your posts properly. It it a large inconvenience having to read each post 3 or 4 times to atleast try and work out what your saying.

And becides...its a volvo...there is no point.

These Volvos have become a bit of a hoon car these days. My mate chased a Volvo through mid day traffic at over 180! That was a T4, and it had slightly less go than his I6 EF, but much better brakes. The T5 would probably have more power, but it's a heavier car.

But yeah if ur racing, good luck! Even if the Volvo can hit 100 faster, I'm pretty sure the XR would win in the 1/4. And PLEASE do it in a safe place (unlike us)!
