XR6 Waiting Times

Hi,

Do any of you guys know what the waiting time is on a N/A XR6 at the moment? I know a few months ago, it was a few months!

Has this improved at all since then?

Cheers

It really depends on what options you want and what dealer you go to.

A lot of dealers have a few in floor stock now, but you've got to be prepared to take the colours and options they have if you want immeadiate delivery.

I'd say you'll still be looking at a anywhere between a 4-5 week and a 10-12 week wait though if you want a car made to an exact spec that they have to order.

Best bet is to ring around and ask the dealers what floor stock they have, or what unallocated cars - if any - they have coming in in the next few weeks. They can tell you whats coming their way surprisingly far ahead.

Cheers
Jason

Thanks for that, I'll ring around a few of my locals... I've noticed a few XR6s in a few of them, but haven't gone in to ask, in case they latch on to me and don't let me go until I've bought one of them.

I know that a LSD option on the XR6 is a REALLY long wait, I ended up not getting it, as the wait was going to mean i would have to pay this years price rise
