XR8 Highway Patrol cars revealed

I'm suprised nobody has raised this yet.

I was listening to 3AW this morning & there were reports of some sort of convoy heading down to Bendigo or Ballarat being closely pursued by a squad of low flying choppers.

If you're thinking of the old XR8 ute ad, you've hit the nail in the head.

This was some sort of publicity stunt to reveal the new XR8 HWP cars.

I'm sure there'll be more on this in the coming days.

I'd love to know what "tweaks" they have compared to a standard XR8

Yeah, saw it on the news tonight Mav, they looked good with the colourful Police writing. Stand out, that's for sure.

Re: XR8 Highway Patrol cars revealed

I seen them on the new's last night, although some of them didn't have bulge's so I suspect some are 8's and other's were T's.
