I just saw an XR8 sprint in white which i think is almost ready for the wreckers. The rear spoiler is missing with dents and holes all over the boot lid, the front bar appears to have been riveted to the car and is split in the corner of the passenger side and on the otherside has dropped. Read bar is not aligned either. Wheels are rusty and the car is in general disrepair. Paint faded. It could do with a rebuild. Its not for sale, its just what I saw.

Sprints are a hard car to come by, so when you see one in the condition i just saw, makes you wonder why they own a car like that. Wouldn't it be better in the hands of someone who would at least care for it and keep it looking good. Its a limited release car, so the least you can do is care for it.

Some people have a bad enough time showing respect to other people's vehicle's let alone their own,these people shouldn't own a vehicle, to them It's just a car that get's them from a to b and they are the 1st one's to say that,"it's just a car",what they don't realise is if they don't look after their car it wont get them from a to b.

Didn't look inside. But it was white with red exterior trim

Pretty sure Sprints never had red exterior trim. Didn;t they have a black stripe on the bars and door moulds??

My ex painted red strips on my old one 'so it looks more like the other xr'8s ' ... his words not mine .......... & I hated the thought that he had done that to her .......

Such a shame to see a great car end like that, pity the bloke didnt take more care of it, would have been a great car to own i would love one them
