I don't get why a black car is harder to keep clean then any other colour. Surely it takes the same EFFORT to wach it once a fortnight or whatever??

Re: Your Favourite MkII BA FALCON XR

Its harder to keep clean cause it shows up dirt alot quicker than other colours. That means im having to clean it alot more to keep it looking clean.

What about Winter White? Is that still hard to keep clean?

No way. I bought mine in Winter White for 3 reasons.

1 was because white always looks clean, until you get up close. I only washed it for the third time in a year the other day and it still looks good.

The second was because i wasn't seeing any Winter White XR8 utes where i am so it is a bit different.

And the third reason was because white doesn't tend to attract the wrong type o attention.

So it is really easy to keep clean.
