Guys i have a centrepoint ea and would like to change my 3 speed to a 4 but i want to keep it as a centrepoint .. is it possible to run the centrepoint on a mpi ecu or 4 speed box on a 3 speed ecu..
if it is not possible does anyone have a 4speed centrepoint computer they want to get rid of

some of the later ea`s and early eb`s had center point with 4 speeds its a its own computer to control the auto and should be able to wire up easy just visit your local wreckers.

ef`s and later had a combined efi & gearbox computer.

I could help you out here. Ive got the EA TCM, EA CFI 4speed ecu, dash looms, injector loom, TCM looms etc etc. The car had LPG spliced into to but this was removed and shouldnt pose a problem. This would allow you to run a 4speed trans and keep CFI.

mongreleb.. i have just spent a lot of money on it and its my wifes car not mine (mine is a mpii 5 speed manual) and i have 2 more donnor cars a na and a spak 5 speed manual
