5 spd conversion Question.

I'm about to convert my ED XR6 to a manual. I've pulled the 5 speed, clutch etc out of my EA and coverted that to Auto.

But the other day i read somewhere that the clutch, flywheel and pressure plate in an EA are a different size to the setup in EB2 onwards.

Can I use the clutch setup on my ED?
Any help would be appreciated.

XR6 turbo ,manual ,18,s,premium sound ,dark tint,lightning strike silver.
XR8 ute,manual,18's,Herrod extractors and 3" exhaust,silhouette.
'94 ED XR6
RDynamic white, 17" EB GT's, King Superlow, Nolathane, EF block, Genie Extractors, 3'' exhaust, pod, crane cam.
Manual conversion, Extreme Clutch.

Would think they are the same. Can tell you that the clutch plates are all the same as used same dummy shaft to do my EB XR8 and my brothers EA 5spd Wagon.

Thanks clevokid. Yeah i reckon they would have to be the same. Anyway ill find out in a week or so when i get started.
