94 ranger shaking

joocey2002 Registered User Join Date: Jan 2007 Posts: 2	94 ranger shaking i have a 94 ranger 4x4 4.0 manual 5 speed. a couple of months ago i replaced the carrier bearing and all u-joints. the other day i was going for a long drive and the truck started shaking violently bouncing me in my seat. as i slowed down so did the shaking. when i came to a stop the shaking stopped and i was able to continue. a few miles down the road it started again. it did it about 6 times before i got home. all the joints are still tight and the carrier is good. my axle bearings are fine. the shake never came through the steering wheel. it didn't differ when applying the brakes or clutch. my tires are new with aluminum wheels. i'm stumped, anyone have any ideas?
