confused Advice on 4.1:1 Diff Centre
Was thinking of replacing the diff on my FPV GT with a 4.1:1 diff centre. Spoke to a mate today and he said you should get the whole unit.

Can someone let me know the correct way to go with this. What is the whole diff unit called and what does it consist of.

Any advice would be most appreciated.

It is a 2003 MK 1 - 5 speed manual. The diff is a "DANA" Borg Warner. It is the diff that is used on the Ford Territory.

Diff is a proper dana, not anything like the earlier borg warner diff. I would not go that low with a TR3650, as the first gear will be a pig.
