Hi guys,

I have read a couple of threads relating to converting from auto to manual box. I haven't been able to find a lot about anyone doing a conversion in an AU.

Does anyone know of any problems? Specifically in you can still run the auto ECU with a manual box.

Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere.

Finding a good AU XR6 in manual is making think more about all the great auto examples that are around.

the only known problems are these:

You wouldn't have to use an AU box straight away, you could put in an EA-EL box and use that until you find the AU - as you may have noticed AU boxes are rare as rockinghorse shit!
